No they could, because Katrina is ready to swing buy anytime Shammi Kapoor wants his caffeine fix. She may not be on twitter but lives in a cellular world!

However, we don't believe Shammi Kapoor ever evinced interest in meeting Katrina. Certainly not over his Twitter account, which we, like all good out of idea journalists, monitor.

Katrina says she will never be on Twitter, because she values her privacy. She almost makes it sound as if Twitter is a bird that will follow her around, even into the wash room, and keep tweeting what it is seeing.

The two featured together in Khakee (2004) but Aishwarya was paired with Ajay Devgan in the film.

"Akshay and Ash look terrific together. I am surprised that no one has thought of casting them as a romantic pair. They are outstanding," Shah tells IANS.

I don’t see anyone in Hollywood creating a drama or hysteria about it. Here in Bollywood, people try to make it seem like we are kids in the playground.”

I will get married in two years: Katrina Kaif Katrina Kaif, who is busy promoting her forthcoming film "Raajneeti", says she may get married in the next two years.

"I think in two years I will get married. But still two years is a long time. I think I still have some time. Lets see. You know as the saying goes, 'Man proposes god disposes' - so every time we make a plan god comes and changes it. Let's see, " Katrina, who is often linked with Salman Khan, told reporters here.

Katrina, 25, has shed her glam girl image to play a politician in director Prakash Jha's much talked about "Raajneeti". She describes it as a special film in her career.

"A lot of people have given tremendous feedback... hopefully audiences will like it and it would be a new step for me in my career, " Katrina told reporters at the launch of the wedding line Nakshatra Vivaah here Thursday.

"Raajneeti" takes an incisive look at Indian electoral system where a handful of people control the destiny of millions. It shows how people, who understand power, fight a bitter and violent battle to achieve their unstoppable ambition.

Apart from Katrina Kaif, the film also features Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai, Sarah Thompson, Naseeruddin Shah and Nana Patekar.

Though many feel her character in "Raajneeti" is based on Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Katrina has denied the speculation.

"For me Sonia Gandhi-ji is one of the most inspiring women in India. And personally, she is an inspiration. But this film and my character in the film does not resemble her or is not based on her life at all. I think it's really important to clarify, " she clarified.

She is also doing Farah Khan's "Tees Maar Khan" and feels the director should do more films.

"Shooting for 'Tees Maar Khan' went off amazingly. That was one of the funniest times I had. My only comment on working with Farah Khan is that she should be doing more films, " said Katrina.

Akshay, Aish to pay tribute to '70s couples

Aishwarya Rai will take the audiences down memory lane in a song in Action Replayy, a musical tribute to leading Bollywood couples of the 1970s.

"This song, which will be shot in Manali, starts in a playful manner and then goes on to salute the stylish romance that was a trademark of the 1970s," said director Vipul Shah in a press statement.

The song is composed by Pritam Chakraborty and the lyrics are Nakhre nakhre nakhre, nakhre hain naatak re, nakhre nakhre nakhre tu peeche hi rakh re.

"The five couples whom Akshay and Aishwarya will pay a tribute to in the five-minute song will be Amitabh-Jaya, Dharmendra-Hema, Rishi-Neetu, Rajesh-Mumtaz and Shashi-Parveen," said a source.

"Since the film has a retro feel, Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya will be dressed just like these legendary couples did in their films. The unit is currently planning how to choreograph the song," added the source.

Another fact that has created a buzz is Akshay's dance numbers in the film that instantly remind the audience of John Travolta in the 1977 hit Saturday Night Fever.

In a grand way the mega star studded film ‘Rajneeti’ was promoted in Delhi at the Galaxy Hotel in Gurgaon on Saturday where Katrina Kaif along with other star cast appeared and highlighted it to be a piece inspired from India’s religious myth ‘Mahabharata’.

The entire episode of the event dominated by the magnanimous combination of Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor who were also assisted by other noted figures of the film like Manoj Bajpai, Arjun Rampal, Nana Patekar and Ronnie Screwwala.

Highlighting it as a family drama, the director Prakash Jha divulged, "as a family drama. It is a story about a family anywhere in India. The characters have been drawn from the epic Mahabharata."

You can relate the story of ‘Rajneeti’ to any family battle you can pick from and associate with relevant factors that it deals with, Prakash adds, "The story is the same kind of familial battle, except it is set in this day and age. The film talks about every possible kind of politics - personal, social, state and national. Also, today, the word 'politics' has become derogatory, the film tries to understand that."
